Jesus speaks. He said a lot of things, bold things. He instructed the curious, encouraged the worn-down, and offended the self-righteous. He said that if we look for Him, we'll find Him. He said that if we hang in there, it will be worth it. He said that He didn't come for the "righteous" people, but for folks who have messed up.
