IN THE FULLNESS OF TIME (Christmas 2007)

In a few words, the angel told Mary and Joseph everything we need to know about God's plan for humankind. He said to Mary, "You will give birth to a son and you are to give him the name Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High" (Luke 1:32), and to Joseph, "He will save His people from their sins" (Matthew 1:21). Christmas is a time to be amazed: our God sent His Son, not to destroy the world, but to save it.
